Expertise in workflow automation, API integrations, security administration, and advanced system configurations
Experience with DocuSign REST API v2.1, DocuSign Connect webhooks, SSO/SAML/OAuth, Data Masking, Signing Order, Auto-tagging, Workflow Routing
Knowledge of integrations with ERP, CRM, HRIS, procurement, and legal platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, Oracle, NetSuite, ServiceNow)
Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain DocuSign CLM and eSignature environments, ensuring system uptime, performance, and scalability
Configure user roles, permissions, security policies, groups, access controls, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML, OAuth)
Implement advanced DocuSign Admin settings, including Data Masking, Signing Order, Auto-tagging, and Workflow Routing
Perform DocuSign Connect webhook configurations for real-time event notifications and integrations
Monitor and maintain system logs, audit trails, and compliance reports
Design and optimize automated contract workflows, template-based approvals, and advanced routing logic in DocuSign CLM
Develop and manage Smart Clauses, Conditional Workflows, Field Validations, and Advanced Document Assembly
Automate document generation, storage, and retrieval using DocuSign PowerForms, Bulk Send, and Envelope Custom Fields
Implement Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), OCR-based metadata extraction, and AI-driven contract analytics
Develop and maintain custom API integrations between DocuSign CLM/eSignature and enterprise systems
Implement and enforce data security, encryption policies, access controls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and industry-specific regulations
Manage document retention policies, audit logging, and digital certificate configurations
Conduct periodic security audits and penetration testing
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution for users
Develop and deliver end-user training, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance system usability, and drive adoption
Act as primary technical liaison between DocuSign, internal IT teams, and third-party vendors
Provide consultative Business and System Integration services, translate customer needs into solutions, drive discussions on transformation, customer journey, and functional/application designs
