  • Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Planning title & franchise planning processes across all Studios
  • Monitor planning milestones, including presentations, screenings, meetings, and financial updates, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time
  • Maintain and update team calendars, trackers, and planning tools to ensure timely communication to global partners
  • Plan and execute special events, presentations, and screenings, including scheduling, attendee list management, logistics, and day-of support
  • Partner with internal teams to manage presentation timelines, content needs, and logistics for key Studio moments and leadership meetings
  • Support operational workflows as needed, including trackers, reviews/approvals, and distribution lists
  • Manage GSS Filmed Presentations system – onboarding new users, managing requests/approvals, and partnering with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Support the development and maintenance of clear communication processes across internal and external partners
  • Coordinate meetings and agendas, including scheduling, agenda development, note-taking, and communicating follow-up/action items
  • Help maintain team documentation, process guides, and shared resources
