Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, and social media advertising
  • Excellent skills in typography, layout, colour theory, and general graphic design
  • Experience in creating digital content, design for print, brochures, and static digital assets
  • Strong conceptualisation and illustration skills
  • Showcases strong ideation and concept development capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in the events, exhibition, and conferences sectors is beneficial
  • Motion graphics (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Create powerful, creative, and impactful digital content and solutions for Clarion
  • Deliver on briefs from concept to completion, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
  • Manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative work
  • Develop multimedia projects including print and digital assets (motion graphics and video editing is desirable but not essential)
  • Take ownership of projects, including direct client communication, design presentations, and project management until delivery
  • Assist with offline design briefs as needed
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends and engage with the wider digital creative community
  • Ensure brand consistency and implement existing brand guidelines across all projects
  • Work collaboratively at a fast pace with the wider team and respond to all requests and deadlines, especially as you approach event season
