Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strategic, full-funnel campaigns across Twilio’s core use cases (e.g. Marketing & Promotions, Customer Data Management), ensuring clear objectives, compelling narratives, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead campaign planning and strategic development for major product and business launches—connecting customer insights, market trends, and business goals to shape the go-to-market approach
  • Identify market opportunities using data, customer insights, and business priorities to create impactful programs
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense and AI-powered platforms (e.g. for segmentation, message testing, or campaign optimization)
  • Collaborate with global partners across Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to deliver aligned, results-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless project coordination and clear communication across teams
  • Own end-to-end project management for complex, multi-team campaigns—balancing priorities, timelines, and dependencies to deliver on-time and on-goal execution
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks to keep campaigns on track - must be vocal when deliverables are at risk and hold team members accountable for their ownership areas
  • Test, experiment, and innovate—bringing fresh ideas to your campaigns and finding new ways to drive engagement and results
  • Conduct research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategy, positioning, and content development
  • Track and report on campaign performance, applying learnings to continuously improve
