Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirements
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals
Utilize Harbor project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders
Coordinate project documentation, including project charter, status reports, and meeting notes
Monitor and manage project risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolution
Oversee the end-to-end execution of assigned projects by monitoring and updating work-in-progress and measuring requirement milestones against actual work-to-date
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Address client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, promoting collaboration in a cross-functional environment
Schedule assignments and track project tasks; monitor progress and ensure the team adheres to deadlines, identifying and removing blockers as required
Provide direction and support to project team members
Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impede project progress and develop strategies to manage them; address escalations in a timely and professional manner
Keep the project on budget; provide customer billing, review of invoices and associated timecards, and address related issues
