Candidates must have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Retention Lead or Management role. At least 2 years of experience in the Online Gaming industry is essential, along with excellent English communication skills, a strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, and comfort with data, segmentation, and automation tools. Proven people management skills and a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable nature are also required.
The Retention Lead will own and execute the end-to-end retention strategy, design and run lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and LTV, and build player segmentation for targeted communications. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Data on experiments, monitoring retention KPIs, optimizing based on results, conducting competitive analysis, and acting as the primary point of contact for retention efforts.
