Responsibilities
- Impartir programas de formación y capacitación continua para conductores (seguridad, técnicas de manejo, normativas, etc.)
- Realizar viajes de supervisión en carretera para evaluar desempeño, seguridad y rendimiento de unidades
- Analizar causas de incidentes y proponer acciones preventivas
- Elaborar reportes mensuales con hallazgos, capacitaciones e inquietudes detectadas
- Ser un soporte clave para operadores y trabajar de la mano con la administración de la terminal
- Formar operadores de patio, sencillo y full
