Requirements

Responsibilities

The Instructional Designer III will analyze and prioritize training needs, develop course outlines and objectives, design and develop course content, and create storyboards and interaction models for simulations. They will write scripts for audio and video presentations, design training content in an eLearning platform, and ensure training is 508 accessible with high usability. Additionally, they will create branching models for multiple outcome training modules, interact with SMEs to create training modules, and collaborate with client staff on Instructional Design issues and methodology.
