Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years investment industry experience
  • 2 years project management experience
  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses post-hire
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Institutional Transition and Restructure Manager
  • Manage project management related to new client transitions and existing client account restructures
  • Manage key quarterly deliverables needed to support ongoing client service activities
  • Participate in client transition calls and support account opening, account closing, asset movement, and other related activities
  • Participate in existing client strategy sessions to understand needs and objectives of account restructures
  • Identify the best path to execution
  • Build and manage project plans and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain a schedule of key deliverables needed to support the Institutional Quarterly Investment Review process
  • Work with material producers, users, and compliance to facilitate on-time delivery of all materials
  • Drive changes in workflows, enhance team collaboration, and eliminate barriers to productivity
  • Refine, document, and follow written procedures related to recurring customized client deliverables
  • Format materials in PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat and post to SharePoint
  • Support automation efforts to bring efficiency to the client onboarding and support process
