Candidates need 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales, 1+ years in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales (Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker), familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody and staking, and a network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space.

Strong candidates have a demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with institutional clients or partners, such as acquiring clients, driving business results, and drafting agreements, plus excellent English proficiency with writing and presentation samples.
