Requirements

  • 3+ years in installation operations, field service management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with installation tools, equipment, and software (e.g., field service management systems)
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and focused on delivering exceptional service
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Desirable
  • Background in furniture, appliances, or technology installations
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with IoT or smart home installations

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and on-site execution of installation services
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of installation technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, and materials) to meet project deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct regular quality checks and post-installation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., installation time, first-time fix rate, customer feedback) to drive continuous improvement
  • Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, during all installation activities
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, inventory, and service reports
  • Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience
