Requirements

3+ years in installation operations, field service management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

Supervise daily installation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and on-site execution of installation services
Lead, train, and mentor a team of installation technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes
Monitor and optimize resource allocation (personnel, equipment, and materials) to meet project deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Conduct regular quality checks and post-installation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards
Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., installation time, first-time fix rate, customer feedback) to drive continuous improvement
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, during all installation activities
Maintain accurate records of installations, inventory, and service reports
Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience
