Responsibilities

Inspection of incoming materials, products in-process, and final products for compliance to drawings and specifications (customer and Materion)
Participate with customer source inspections and/or first article inspections
Defect disposition via initiation of a NCMR
Familiarization of entire product line and processes
Make sound judgments from visual inspections
Proficient use of measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, measuring microscope, hardness tester, tensile tester, etc.)
