Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro)
  • Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
  • Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions

Responsibilities

  • Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level
  • Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand
  • Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts
