Responsibilities

Support the Sales team to enhance customer relationships through proactive ownership of the entire customer backlog, starting with a clean order load
Manage backlog actions from order load through to invoice and delivery of parts to customers
Manage customer reserved inventory to meet goals and objectives for Arrow and the customer
Handle Order to Invoice process
Communicate with customers and suppliers, and deliver after-sales service for business customers (telephone, mail)
Perform Order Management
Manage and handle all relevant backlog alerts
Manage and respond to all requested customer backlog changes
Close cooperation with other departments like Sales, Assets, and Logistics
Drive On-Time-Delivery performance in line with customer and company goals
Generate customer satisfaction
Drive efficiency
