The position is full-time with flex shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
Preferably a completed apprenticeship in a relevant field, experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, and GMP experience or training are advantages.
The role requires ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to GMP safety standards, cleanroom restrictions (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, etc.), work in cold rooms/freezers at -22°F/-6°C, and use of PPE like safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear plugs.
A typical day involves efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant execution of manufacturing and packaging orders, GMP-compliant documentation, adherence to specific regulations and SOPs, communication of progress and issues, problem-solving, operating machines, performing TOE in GMP, and independently scanning components and booking finished products.
Strong candidates have a relevant apprenticeship, pharma or food industry experience, GMP knowledge, good English skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict GMP and safety standards.
