Responsibilities

  • Gestalten der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten als lokal und globaler Ansprechpartner für relevante Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellen eines einheitlichen und abgestimmten Vorgehens in allen Betriebsratseinheiten unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
  • Beratung von Führungskräften in den Geschäftsbereichen und HR-Management als Experte für Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
  • Treiben der Integration von Akquisitionen mit Betriebsräten voran und Beratung zu mitbestimmungsrechtlich relevanten Themen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung globaler und lokaler Projekte und Initiativen, Begleitung und Koordination von Stakeholder- und Change-Management
  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung, Einführung und Monitoring von globalen und lokalen HR Policies hinsichtlich Umsetzbarkeit in Betriebsratseinheiten
  • Sicherstellen, dass Mitbestimmungsrechte beachtet und eingehalten werden
