Responsibilities

Gestalten der vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten als lokal und globaler Ansprechpartner für relevante Stakeholder
Sicherstellen eines einheitlichen und abgestimmten Vorgehens in allen Betriebsratseinheiten unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
Beratung von Führungskräften in den Geschäftsbereichen und HR-Management als Experte für Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
Treiben der Integration von Akquisitionen mit Betriebsräten voran und Beratung zu mitbestimmungsrechtlich relevanten Themen
Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung globaler und lokaler Projekte und Initiativen, Begleitung und Koordination von Stakeholder- und Change-Management
Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung, Einführung und Monitoring von globalen und lokalen HR Policies hinsichtlich Umsetzbarkeit in Betriebsratseinheiten
Sicherstellen, dass Mitbestimmungsrechte beachtet und eingehalten werden
