Requirements

Candidates should possess a Technical Career degree, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with technology. They must also have 2 years of experience providing support for computers, cell phones, printers, handheld devices, and barcode readers, along with knowledge of operating systems and software, and basic networking skills.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Representative, you will proactively interact with end-users at client sites, manage the resolution of preventative and corrective problems in applications and/or systems, networking, network issues, and industrial standard server applications, specialized clustered environments, printing systems, mobile devices, handheld devices, and laptops, providing support at the hardware, software, and network levels. You will provide software support, post-sales service, or delivery of services and application solutions on standard and specialized platforms, resolve technical issues on assigned hardware and software platforms, and utilize monitoring tools to identify proactive problem prevention opportunities, as well as provide service to users, configure and manage equipment, resolve tickets and track issues, and communicate actively and work in a team to resolve any incident/request from the client.
