Ability to provide support, maintenance, and enhancements to the Elementis global infrastructure
Experience working in a global team environment
Ability to prioritize tickets on a global basis

Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of a robust service within a global service organization mindset
Prioritize tickets globally, ensuring issue resolution continues after working hours
Resolve issues across the IT service spectrum, partnering with functions to support effective user operation
Share service insights with the Senior Service Specialist and Infrastructure Specialist to improve service delivery
Oversee infrastructure projects to improve service for the region, considering critical services and business deliveries during changes
Identify and ensure resolution of issues affecting service delivery or quality
Work closely with the Senior Infrastructure Specialist on hands-on activities
Support, maintain, improve, and upgrade the business infrastructure according to a multi-year strategic roadmap
