Requirements

Deep experience in Hybrid Cloud technologies and IT delivery
Proven track record of overseeing projects involving both on-premises and cloud compute infrastructure, driving transformation, modernization, and migrations at scale
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a global corporate environment
Ability to translate business and technical strategies into effective IT project portfolios
Experience serving as a key liaison between IT Infrastructure Services, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, and business technology teams

Responsibilities

Oversee the IT project portfolio related to Hybrid Cloud, including migrations, platform modernization, automation, and optimization initiatives
Monitor project health through dashboards, risk assessments, and facilitate regular status reviews with project stakeholders and IT leaders
Manage workload and Project Manager staffing levels across the Hybrid Cloud project portfolio
Maintain vendor relationships and leverage third-party vendor support for cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and managed services
Partner closely with business unit leaders, engineering teams, and key IT stakeholders across all infrastructure and platform functions
Act as the primary PMO contact for Hybrid Cloud initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of on-premises and cloud services
Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to evaluate vendors, benchmark performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness of staffing and services
Coordinate delivery teams across IT including network and digital workplace
Ensure clear scope, accurate cost estimates, and realistic timelines for Hybrid Cloud deliverables tied to program milestones
Escalate critical risks and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Track and manage IT project budgets related to cloud initiatives
Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes for planning and tracking IT involvement in Hybrid Cloud projects
Leverage lessons learned to optimize future cloud project execution and stakeholder satisfaction
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in cloud project delivery
