Active Directory (AD): Nivel P1 (Beginner) with disposition to develop advanced expertise
Infrastructure Design: Nivel P2 (Intermediate), experience in IT architecture design
Intelligent Infrastructure: Nivel P2 (Intermediate), ability to apply intelligent solutions in workplace, network, and data center
Knowledge in Windows Server systems administration and related services (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Experience in infrastructure migration, consolidation, and optimization projects
Troubleshooting and support skills in complex corporate environments
English B2: ability to communicate effectively in international environments
Results-oriented, analytical thinking, and teamwork capacity

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and administer Active Directory (AD) environments ensuring service integrity and availability
Support clients in building and operating agile, scalable, and standardized infrastructure that optimizes operational efficiency
Contribute to Infrastructure Design and Intelligent Infrastructure projects, applying improvements in workplace, network, data center, and operations
Ensure security, compliance, and governance of corporate access and directories
Participate in digital transformation initiatives, ensuring infrastructure supports dynamic business demands
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure solutions under managed services or capacity services schemes
Identify optimization and automation opportunities in user, group, and security policy management processes
