Demonstrated experience in operational monitoring, cost analysis, or infrastructure management is required, along with proven experience using modern reporting tools such as Metabase or Power BI.
The Infrastructure Analyst will act as the primary user of existing reporting, budgeting, and anomaly alerting systems while providing input to the technical engineering team. They will monitor resource utilization and spending, proactively detect inefficiencies, and collaborate with resource owners to address issues. The analyst will serve as a liaison between finance, operations, and technical teams, facilitating regular reviews with stakeholders to improve margins and reduce waste. They will identify patterns of wasteful spending, support cost-saving measures, and contribute to proactive capacity planning while recommending process improvements.
