Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration
Proficiency in AWS Administration (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
Experience with server and network management
Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools
Knowledge of operating system-level support for various platforms

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate
