Supporto alla raccolta requisiti, implementazione e test di Agent AI per il Customer Service

Collaborazione con team interni ed esterni a livello internazionale per il monitoraggio e la risoluzione di incidenti e problemi
Partecipazione alla raccolta e analisi dei requisiti di servizio, supportando nella documentazione dei processi
