Requirements

Candidates should possess an Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA degree, and demonstrate strong English language proficiency at the honors/MA level. They must also have medium-to-expert proficiency in common CMS, authoring, and graphics tools such as Adobe Suite, MS Suite, Google Docs Suite, Visio, Lucidcharts, Confluence, and other relevant tools, along with experience working with open-source languages and tools like Git, Markdown, and reStructuredText.

Responsibilities

The Information Developer/Technical Writer will identify and document important product components and APIs for internal developers, analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different time zones to create and maintain high-quality technical content, ensure accuracy and consistency in content while adhering to style guides and industry standards, adapt to evolving content needs and formats, and produce blogs, technical papers, white papers, training materials, and tutorials. They will also work alongside L&D to address technical product training gaps and contribute to onboarding new employees.
