Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the health & fitness or lifestyle niches, and an in-depth understanding of full cycle influencer marketing – strategic planning, identifying key metrics and indicators, campaign delivery, and evaluation of performance success across various platforms. They must also possess proven experience with the US market and advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
The Influencer Marketing Manager (UGC) will develop and implement UGC-focused influencer marketing campaigns targeting top-tier markets in the USA, LATAM, and Europe, identifying and collaborating with influencers to produce high-quality content and cultivate new influencer relationships. They will also manage daily communication with influencers, craft engaging briefs and scripts in collaboration with the creative production team, review content for accuracy, analyze data to optimize strategy, and stay updated with social media trends to drive innovative content ideas.
