Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day running of multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying and vetting talent, negotiating contracts and fees, implementing campaigns across relevant channels, overseeing delivery and ensuring quality, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs
  • Maintain and update the influencer database for accuracy and relevance
  • Serve as first point of escalation for projects, resolving day-to-day problems independently by consulting stakeholders and escalating to senior leadership only when appropriate
  • Actively contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts; confidently present creative solutions and campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to deliver influencer programs
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing timely updates, advice, and solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships by delivering work that meets objectives and deadlines, taking responsibility for quality of all client outputs
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams (media, PR, social), proactively sharing updates, coordinating timelines for smooth handovers and integrated campaign success
  • Share updates proactively, coordinate timelines, resolve potential blockers before they impact delivery, prioritise tasks across projects, and communicate status to senior leadership
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure profitable and on-schedule delivery; proactively communicate workload and capacity to line manager
