Requirements

Technical focus with expertise in product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, and integration with manufacturing and supply chain operations
Ability to design and define software topology, environment sizing, integrations, and migrations for PLM systems supporting client business requirements
Proficiency in project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
Expertise in business and technology strategy, particularly in PLM, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Knowledge of software vendor guidelines for system architecture and environment sizing
Experience in integration design, including mapping and triggers

Responsibilities

Foster strong client relationships to maintain Accenture’s position as a trusted long-term advisor and partner
Guide the functional team and clients through technologies needed to support PLM capabilities and business requirements
Define PLM software topology using industry knowledge to support client PLM systems
Provide strategic thought leadership by deepening expertise in business and technology strategy
Oversee project management activities, including developing project plans, managing logistics, and providing internal/external updates
Collaborate with Accenture teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, create specifications and design documents, and ensure successful application deployment
Lead client workshops on process improvements and technical solutions
Ensure delivery of high-quality work products, including traceable requirements, process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and technical specifications
Lead and mentor global functional and technical teams from Accenture and clients
Provide technical system solutions for PLM, ALM, and MES; lead technical design and architecture, review/approve specifications, and conduct code reviews
Manage and follow up on sales campaigns, refine offerings/collateral, support the full sales cycle including proposals and presentations
Define hardware/software components for client environment and userbase based on vendor guidelines
Define integration design, including mapping and triggers
