Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and graduating on or after December 2026. They should have experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships. A desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a bias toward execution with attention to detail, strong personal accountability, and creativity with confidence to provide feedback are also required. These positions are not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The intern will play a vital, AI-enabled support role with ServiceNow initiatives across Global People, while participating in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. They will contribute to various teams within Global People, including Global People & Product Service Delivery, People Insights, Talent Acquisition & Management, and Total Rewards, supporting key HR functions and projects.
