Responsibilities

Ensure alignment of all Operational Excellence activity with the Strategic goals of the business by supporting continuous improvement initiatives across their home site
Deploy the PSOE - Plexus System of Operational Excellence as standard work across home sites. Feedback continuous improvement proposals to the Site C.I. MGR
Lead and support continuous projects and appropriately prioritize projects against organizational needs
Support Site BEST Program engagement
Facilitate site's Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact
Develop, update, and support site Operational Excellence processes, metrics and any associated tools ensuring standard work alignment. Identify and deploy Kaizen
Ensure 6S deployment and alignment
Lead and drive C.I. activities in line with Plexus values and ensure compliance to regulatory and customer requirements
