Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in indirect categories
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS/software procurement

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting process for indirect categories: Marketing, People team services, Facilities, SaaS/IT subscriptions, and Security
  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs with support from the Legal team
  • Monitor and track contract renewals, ensuring timely renegotiations and alignment with business needs
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, and align purchasing with business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; conduct regular reviews to assess performance, service quality, and risk
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal teams for escalation and issue resolution
  • Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Implement procurement best practices, including spend tracking, vendor scorecards, and contract lifecycle management
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for indirect spend categories
  • Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to company policies and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to mitigate supplier and contractual risks
  • Drive consistency in procurement processes and governance across business functions
