Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Management
  • Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely
  • Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods

Responsibilities

  • Support Corp Services Team in iContact and iSupplier modules
  • Assist Corp Services Team in management of RFx events
  • Assist IT Indirect Procurement as needed
  • Further broaden scope & use of existing RFx template
  • Through data analytics determine where services suppliers are overlapping
  • Generate a consistent approach to developing, releasing and end-to-end management of RFx process
  • Analyze categories such as Marketing and Training where a large number of suppliers exist; reduce supplier count through eliminating one-time pay suppliers and helping develop a preferred supplier network
  • Assist in loading and aligning contracts into Zycus that continue to be found or are completed outside of the system
  • Support obtaining signatures as necessary if non-DOA related document such as SOW or NDA
  • Assist the team in consolidating supplier Q&A
  • Support communications within cross functional teams and with suppliers
  • Participate in analyzing price responses
  • Understand levers of negotiation through observation of RFx events
  • Assist the team in onboarding new suppliers, making supplier updates, and improving the supplier onboarding process
