Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s or CPSM/CPIM preferred), 5+ years in procurement/sourcing with indirect commodities focus, strong negotiation and contract management skills, ERP/MRP and e-sourcing tool knowledge, and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong candidate has proven ability to deliver cost savings and process improvements, experience managing diverse suppliers and multiple categories, and skills in developing sourcing strategies while partnering with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, IT, HR, and facilities.
