Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of cloud technology stack experience
  • Experience with either Azure / GCP / AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Proficient in programming or scripting languages (Shell / Python)
  • Experience with managing cloud resources via Terraform
  • Knowledge on Cloud Azure networking services (preferred)
  • Integration experience with Cloud IaaS and PaaS services
  • Good knowledge with cloud resource monitoring, dashboarding and alerting
  • Experience supporting large scale, highly available, production Windows and Linux environment
  • Experience with Windows or Linux Server deployment and Administrations
  • Knowledge about Windows applications (IIS, AD, SQL), in case of Windows experience
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and administration (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, Load balancing)
  • Python (must skill)
  • GenAI skills (good to have)

Responsibilities

  • Make public cloud solutions available through Walmart’s automation platform
  • Troubleshoot business and production issues
  • Work with consumers, both for understanding their requirements and for helping them onboard and make optimal use of the platform
  • Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community
  • Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products
  • Envision/Design/Build innovative solutions for solving Walmart scale problems
  • Study evolving trends and come up with ideas to power the next generation of the product
  • Think about efficiency, security and ways to reduce consumer inconveniences while designing/implementing solutions
  • Implement and drive adoption of best practices in design, coding and testing
  • Have a bias for action in tackling complex problems
  • Take part in all development activities like design, implementation, testing, release and support
  • Be obsessed about process automation
  • Prioritize and deliver awesome products
