Requirements
- Total experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years in a management role with Cloud Providers
- Experience with design, develop, and deliver software features and capabilities in an enterprise cloud-defined network software platform
- Experience with networking, security, distributed systems, and/or system-level programming
- Experience developing or working with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OpenStack (highly desired)
- Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud Technologies (prior experience a significant plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee end-to-end execution
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, implement and maintain private, public and hybrid cloud network solutions / connectivity
- Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they are built in the most efficient way using Python and GO programming languages
- Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and resources to deliver projects on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
- Ensure the team adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
- Evaluate the current cloud network architecture and develop action plans to make necessary improvements
- Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Public Cloud Technologies
- Mentor the team members and help in enhancing team’s productivity
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
