Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 15 direct reports responsible for inbound operations, return processes, and put-to-shelf functions
  • Drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established performance standards
  • Guide daily operations, coach and develop team members, and implement process improvements
  • Manage labor planning, workflow, and foster cross-departmental collaboration
  • Drive operational excellence by creating and implementing best practices to achieve and exceed business goals
  • Deliver executive-ready insights through daily, weekly, and monthly operations scorecards
  • Optimize inventory control systems to support current and future business needs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Resolve discrepancies proactively by analyzing inventory variances, investigating root causes, and communicating results to leadership
  • Lead workforce planning by conducting needs analyses, determining headcount requirements, and implementing staffing solutions
  • Strengthen team capabilities through cross-training, performance management, and professional development initiatives
  • Champion continuous improvement by leading local projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance and accountability by overseeing FDA procedures, required training, and month-end activities
