Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) (MDs and DOs)
Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Able to cover the following primary locations: Kennewick, WA (and Vancouver, WA implied)
Anticipated weekly hours: 40 (full time)
Shift flexibility to meet required schedule availability (Monday-Sunday, including weekends as needed)
Able to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed

Responsibilities

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations in patients' homes (approx. 45 minutes per visit)
Conduct medication and medical history review
Perform physical evaluation
Provide additional diagnostic tests if ordered (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, bone density screening)
Use iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens
Build trusted relationships and connect patients to appropriate care
Make referrals to health plans and ensure PCPs are informed of health and quality of life observations
