Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to portfolio, program, and project management tools and capabilities, deploying standards across IMSC
  • Lead capabilities maturation to align prioritization and execution across IMSC
  • Develop and improve processes, communications, and training to support portfolio, project, and resource management across the J&JIM supply chain
  • Lead process ownership to manage, deploy, document, and maintain lean, scalable processes strategically integrated with strategy and execution
  • Lead process integration with systems and reporting requirements to deliver one end-to-end process; deploy training consistent with the strategy
  • Support capability roadmaps across Portfolio, Program, and Project Management and activate improvement/maturity plans to advance decision making and streamline execution
  • Ensure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program, and project management community, applying innovative solutions to optimize and continuously mature capabilities
  • Develop and execute a lean and effective training strategy supporting the global and diverse user base
