Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects (25+) at a time with timely client follow-up
  • Data-savvy with enjoyment of working with large datasets
  • Familiarity or desire to become familiar with private equity

Responsibilities

  • Support new clients in onboarding them onto Carta Europe, including implementation of client’s capitalization table and securities
  • Manage complex datasets with high integrity
  • Migrate client data to Carta Europe’s import file in Excel
  • Coordinate and manage inputs needed from client stakeholders, including working with client law firms
  • Maintain the quality of clients’ data throughout the onboarding process
  • Train clients on how to use Carta Europe software
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
  • Proactively manage clients to dates, activating their account on time and improving time to value month over month
  • Give clients resources to appropriate teams post-activation
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and internal implementations leaders to improve the onboarding experience
  • Work on potentially cross-functional side projects in addition to core onboarding function
