Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a professional services role as a Project Manager, IT Compliance Officer, or as an Internal or External Auditor. Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Candidates should possess intermediate to expert Excel skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus. Fluency in English and German is preferred, and knowledge of French would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Project Lead will develop a deep knowledge of the product and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to user acceptance testing. They will gather and interpret customer requirements to configure the AuditBoard solution accordingly. The role includes serving as a project manager for various implementation projects, maintaining project status, and managing both client and internal resources to ensure project deliverables are completed.
