3+ years in post-sales customer focused role

Have a detailed understanding of the features and capabilities of the system, and articulate these to customers in a way that makes sense to them
Technical IVR configuration (specific to InContact Studio programming)
Consulting, design, and development of IVR integrations
Providing process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments
Providing database design, development, and enhancement, as well as management and coordination of changes to existing CRM applications
Providing technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, development, and enhancement
Expertise in industry leading contact centre technologies and processes
Responsible for the planning, design, and build phases of multiple concurrent projects within customer and project manager timelines
Act as consultant guiding customers through cloud transformation and delivery engineer building accounts based on requirements
