Completion of AMA4 training by Work Safe Victoria
Minimum 2 years’ claims management experience (or equivalent)
Experience working with the legal profession
Extensive knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including treatments
Experience managing hearing device claims
Strong analytical and reasoning ability (Problem Solving & Decision Making)
