Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law, with expertise in O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, and demonstrate strong knowledge of USCIS regulations and current immigration policies. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field is preferred, though not strictly necessary.
The Immigration Law Paralegal will manage the full lifecycle of O-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, gathering and analyzing supporting documentation, drafting detailed support letters and legal briefs under attorney supervision, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and guidance. They will also assist with additional business immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, and employment-based green card petitions, and familiarize themselves with premium processing procedures and digital documentation tools.
