Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with immigration, ideally a law degree or similar field or paralegal experience, fluency in English and French, strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should also possess the ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes, and demonstrate thoughtful people management and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

The Immigration Consultant will ensure and maintain compliance in their assigned country, contributing to mobility product planning, participating in initial mobility interviews, managing daily tasks related to EORs such as assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications, liaising with local providers and government authorities, providing support to EORs and clients, managing the entire employment life-cycle for non-nationals, ensuring the quality of mobility operations, and working on special projects as assigned.
