Responsibilities

  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance in assigned countries according to relevant immigration laws, regulations, operational rules, and RACI.
  • Contributing to mobility product planning and scoping.
  • Participating in initial mobility interviews.
  • Managing daily tasks related to Employer of Record (EOR) operations, including assessing right-to-work requirements and submitting immigration applications.
  • Liaising with local providers and government authorities to resolve complex immigration matters.
  • Providing support to EORs and clients for mobility-related questions and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Managing the entire employment life-cycle for non-nationals, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensuring the quality of mobility operations in assigned countries.
  • Working on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with immigration.
  • Ideally a law degree or similar field, or paralegal experience.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of key immigration categories.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to find solutions under pressure.
  • Possesses thoughtful people management and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate immigration policies and processes.
