Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role within a software company, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the legal industry, such as paralegal, office administrator, legal clerk, or similar roles; previous experience using Docketwise is preferred; the ability to clearly communicate technical information is required, as is the capacity to autonomously manage ambiguous situations and a genuine passion for customer service with the ability to troubleshoot in an unknown product ecosystem; bilingual skills in Spanish/English are greatly preferred, though not required, and a willingness to develop technical skills outside of normal working hours is expected.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will partner with the Sales Team to articulate the overall AffiniPay value proposition and strategy to customers, technically close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge and technical skill, understand customer problems and pain points demonstrating the value of AffiniPay's solutions, utilize industry knowledge to craft custom demonstrations, own product engagement during the trial phase, act as a central point of contact for the sales team regarding product and business fit, deliver product and technical demonstrations, maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM, proactively engage with customers regarding product feedback and the competitive landscape, train the sales team on demo techniques, and perform other duties as assigned.
