Key responsibilities include achieving financial targets like orders, sales, and margins for Italy, Israel, and Malta; driving sales strategies and product differentiation; managing the Clinical Specialist team; and developing market expertise.
The role drives a culture of Simplification, Lean, and Digital adoption, encourages collaboration across horizontal teams, and focuses on employee engagement activities for retention.
A strong candidate has sales management experience, deep clinical and technical knowledge of ultrasound products, ability to coach sales teams, and skills in market analysis and relationship building with KOLs.
