Requirements

Minimum college graduate degree
Manufacturing operation experience
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Possess good oral and written communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
Proficient with English speaking and writing
Environmental protection related certificates preferred
Industrial gas filling experience preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment in the production department, and improvement and enhancement of production efficiency
Conduct daily first-level inspections and monthly automatic inspections of machinery and equipment in the production department
Implement environmental protection 5S maintenance and mechanical equipment maintenance plans within the factory/line area
Responsible for the production of gas mixture products and immediate handling of other production jobs
Analyze causes of process equipment failures and implement improvements
Control and handling of unqualified products
Analyze causes of quality abnormal events and formulate corrective measures
Analyze causes of audit deficiencies (internal audit, external audit, customer audit) and formulate and implement corrective measures for improvement
Responsible for writing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures or SOPs
Manage factory inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and production reports
Implement EHS&Q system
Other matters assigned by the supervisor
