Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required
  • Cybersecurity and/or compliance background is very valuable
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models
  • Ability to understand technical and complex software environments and bridge the gap by communicating those concepts in language meaningful to the business
  • Thrives in a high-velocity environment as a hands-on strategic operator and fearless leader

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact after implementation, owning customer loyalty and adoption of Identity Security products based on customers’ business objectives
  • Drive value-based outcomes as the chief architect of customer retention and expansion for Fortune 500/Global 1000 clients
  • Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and customer health to proactively eliminate barriers to adoption and value
  • Prepare and lead professional, data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), controlling the agenda, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring action-item completion
  • Perform routine health checks, coordinate remediation, provide customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, and metrics analysis
  • Develop deep, trusting relationships with customer key personnel to identify and pursue up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Participate with the Sales team to provide customer-focused sales orientation and launch engagement processes
  • Monitor product utilization trends, act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement, including planning education on new features and releases
  • Communicate with implementation Partners to improve outcomes and relationships in the context of customer adoption
