Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Cybersecurity and/or compliance background
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models
  • Ability to understand technical and complex software environments and communicate those concepts to business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the Executive Narrative & Strategy: Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and maintain cognizance of customer health
  • Conduct data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and drive meetings
  • Perform routine health checks and coordinate remediation to ensure customers stay on track
  • Provide customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, and metrics analysis
  • Develop up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Participate with the Sales team to provide a customer-focused sales process
  • Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Plan education for customers on new features and releases
  • Communicate with implementation Partners to improve outcomes and relationships
