Candidates should possess hands-on experience developing/implementing external facing applications using Azure B2C, and experience developing custom connectors/applications using programming languages like Java,.Net, or Python. They must have product experience with Saviynt Identity and Access Governance or similar tools such as Sailpoint or OIM, and a strong understanding of identity and access management systems including RBAC and Single Sign-On Federation using SAML/OAuth 2.0 standards, Active Directory systems, Azure EntraID, and cloud applications. Furthermore, candidates need in-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle management concepts, ERP application integration (including SAP and Oracle), and integration with cloud authentication services, along with experience in configuring and supporting periodic user access certification programs and experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, and working with Internal and External auditors to support the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Audit.
The Identity and Access Management Developer will be responsible for end-to-end Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, automating identity and account provisioning, access controls, application onboarding, and solution troubleshooting. They will coordinate with business and IT application owners to define IGA service requirements, including access request workflows, entitlement models, role ownership, termination, and access certification. The role involves maintaining development, testing, and production systems, coordinating maintenance and upgrade testing with support teams, creating and updating design and configuration documents, and translating compliance requests into technical recommendations. Additionally, the developer will demonstrate thought leadership, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment across multiple time zones, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
