Requirements

  • Electronics/Electro Mechanic Bachelor Qualification or similar certificate
  • Professional experience in Field Service/Hotline (an asset)
  • Technical knowledge in Robotics, IT, Network, Automation
  • Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Service Max
  • Language: French (Reading/Writing/Oral) and Technical English (Reading/Writing/Oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, analytical spirit, eye for business, common sense
  • Ability to establish and handle priorities
  • Not afraid to learn

Responsibilities

  • Collect customer requests for technical or application difficulties with instruments
  • Make detailed studies of cases and provide solutions by telephone or on-site
  • Use all available possibilities to find solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Perform follow-up and administrative encoding in Service Max for traceability
  • Maintain the highest professional relationship with customers and escalate issues as needed
  • Document actions, generate reports in Service Max, and maintain the database (Status Open – Stand-By – Postponed)
  • Ensure operations for Corrective Action, Planned Maintenance, Installation per headquarters recommendations
  • Lead local spare parts stock
  • Provide Hotline Backup if needed
  • Act in accordance with Thermo Fisher 4 I’s values (Integrity, Innovation, Implication, Intensity)
