Responsibilities

IC contract preparation and tracking
IC Hub system & Channel Map system maintain
SOP check and provide feedback to BP and sales team
Follow up on the SOP process for IC check-in, check-out, renewal, termination and amendment
Conduct channel coverage and channel performance analysis and produce reports to support channel management
Act as communication bridge between ICM and other supporting departments to match the supply and demands of both side, assist in promoting channel process management
Company project support and handle other ad hoc tasks assign by manager
Effective allocation and supervision of daily work for the operations team
