Responsibilities

  • IC contract preparation and tracking
  • IC Hub system & Channel Map system maintain
  • SOP check and provide feedback to BP and sales team
  • Follow up on the SOP process for IC check-in, check-out, renewal, termination and amendment
  • Conduct channel coverage and channel performance analysis and produce reports to support channel management
  • Act as communication bridge between ICM and other supporting departments to match the supply and demands of both side, assist in promoting channel process management
  • Company project support and handle other ad hoc tasks assign by manager
  • Effective allocation and supervision of daily work for the operations team
